COUNTERSTRAIN & CRANIOSACRAL FASCIAL THERAPY
Gentle by Nature. Precise by Design.
One session. Two complementary approaches. Entirely individualized to you.
Specialized hands-on treatment combining clinical assessment, gentle manual therapy, and functional rehabilitation to address pain, restrictions, and movement dysfunction
A Whole-Body Approach to Healing
Pain doesn't always originate where we feel it. The body is an interconnected system of muscles, fascia, nerves, and other structures that influence how we move, feel, and function.
By integrating Counterstrain and Craniosacral Fascial Therapy, I offer a gentle, anatomy-informed approach to addressing tension, restrictions, and physical dysfunction.
Rather than chasing symptoms alone, each treatment is guided by a physical evaluation to better understand the underlying factors contributing to discomfort and limitations.
The goal isn't simply temporary relief. It's improving how your body functions.
Understanding the Techniques

Counterstrain
Addressing dysfunction without force.
Counterstrain is a gentle, anatomy-based manual therapy that uses precise positioning to help reduce tenderness, protective muscle guarding, and movement restrictions.
Rather than forcing tissues through painful movements, the body is placed in positions of comfort to address areas of dysfunction.

Craniosacral Fascial Therapy
Subtle movement. Intentional touch.
Craniosacral Fascial Therapy uses gentle hands-on techniques focused on fascial mobility and patterns of tension throughout the body, including the head, neck, and spine.
Treatment aims to encourage relaxation, ease restrictions, and support more comfortable movement.
What Your Session Includes
Individualized care from assessment through recovery.
Physical Evaluation & Assessment
A review of your health history, symptoms, movement patterns, strength, and functional limitations to identify areas of weakness, dysfunction, and potential sources of pain.
Individualized Hands-On Treatment
Gentle, precise Counterstrain and Craniosacral Fascial techniques selected based on your body's presentation, needs, and response.
Post-Treatment Reassessment
A physical reevaluation to identify changes in mobility, strength, discomfort, and overall function following treatment.
Personalized Home Exercises
When appropriate, targeted exercises and movement recommendations to reinforce treatment, address weaknesses, and support continued functional improvement.

Meet Your Practitioner
My name is Lee Tucker
Rooted in science. Guided by curiosity. Focused on function.
My approach to healing begins with a deep understanding of the human body—how it moves, adapts, compensates, and responds to injury.
With a degree in Athletic Training, specialized Counterstrain education through the Jones Institute, and multiple certifications in fascial and manual therapy techniques, I bring a comprehensive, anatomy-based perspective to every session.
My background in athletic training provides a foundation in injury evaluation, biomechanics, rehabilitation, and corrective exercise. Combined with my advanced manual therapy training, this allows me to look beyond isolated symptoms and explore the underlying patterns contributing to pain, restriction, and dysfunction.
I integrate Counterstrain and Craniosacral Fascial Therapy with physical assessment, post-treatment reassessment, and individualized home exercises when appropriate.
I believe effective treatment is never one-size-fits-all. Every body has a unique history, and understanding those connections is essential to creating meaningful, lasting improvements in movement and function.
My goal isn't simply to help you feel better on the table. It's to help you function better beyond it.
