The Ways We Explore
Through breath, sensation, rope, and connection.

Breathwork
Explore the relationship between breath, nervous system awareness, and the present moment through intentional, guided breathing practices.

Shibari & Intentional Rope
Shibari is a consensual, platonic somatic experience that invites curiosity, presence, and a deeper connection with your body—all within a space that honors your boundaries and autonomy. Shibari uses intentional tying, gentle tension, and mindful connection to explore sensation, trust, vulnerability, and surrender.

Breathwork & Somatic Exploration

The Practice of Presence
Your breath is a powerful connection between your body, nervous system, and awareness. Through intentional breathing and somatic practices, we explore how the body responds to stress, emotion, tension, and stillness.
What to Expect
Sessions begin with a conversation about your intentions, comfort, and individual needs. From there, we explore guided breathing techniques, grounding exercises, body awareness, and gentle movement or stillness.
You may notice shifts in physical tension, emotional responses, or patterns of holding within the body. Every experience is unique, and nothing is forced or expected.
Whether you're seeking relaxation, greater self-awareness, or simply a space to explore what your body is communicating, each session unfolds at your own pace.
The goal isn't to escape your body. It's to become more present within it.
Somatic Shibari | The Art of Being Held

An exploration of sensation, trust, and surrender.
At Wild Tether, Shibari isn't about intricate knots or learning to tie. It's about experiencing rope as a tool for mindfulness, body awareness, and intentional connection. No experience necessary.
What to Expect
Each session begins with a conversation about your intentions, comfort, and boundaries. Through gentle rope placement, guided breathing, and mindful awareness, we explore sensations of tension, support, stillness, and release.
Sessions are fully clothed, consensual, platonic, and nonsexual, with your comfort and autonomy guiding the experience.
The rope is simply the medium. The experience is what unfolds within it.

The Woman Behind the Tether
Where breath meets rope, and presence becomes its own kind of freedom.
My journey into breathwork began over two years ago, rooted in a curiosity about the nervous system, embodiment, and the connection between mind and body. What began as a personal practice led me to become certified in breathwork this year and eventually introduced me to the beautiful art of Shibari.
Through my own experiences of being tied, I discovered something powerful: my ability to surrender fully into the present moment. To step out of my head, into my body, and simply be. Rope became an invitation to explore trust, vulnerability, sensation, freedom, and stillness.
I began wondering how many other women have ever truly been given the space to experience that.I'm continually studying and exploring Shibari, discovering how rope can weave into so many parts of life, especially play, joy, dance, movement, rest, and peace.
At Wild Tether Studio, my intention is to create a consensual, nonsexual space where women can explore embodiment, curiosity, and connection without expectation or performance. As I continue expanding my training and certifications throughout 2027, I look forward to welcoming couples into this work as well, exploring new dimensions of trust, communication, and shared presence.
I'm not here to tell you what to feel. I'm here to offer the space to discover it for yourself.
With intention, curiosity & a little wildness,
Lee Tucker
